Pre-Heat Oven to 325ºF

Remove plastic bag.

Place turkey breast in roasting pan.

Cover Turkey Breast loosely with foil.

The turkey breast until temperature thermometer registers 140°F in the thickest part of the breast.

Let turkey set for 10 minutes before carving.
