Pitman Family Turkey Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients

18 cups (enough for a 12 pound turkey)

  • 8 cups Soft 100% Whole Wheat Bread Cubes
  • cups Minced Yellow Onion
  • 3 cups Chopped Celery
  • 3 tsp Crushed Sage Leaves
  • 2 tsp Thyme Leaves
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 2 cans Medium Pitted Olives
  • 1 cup Butter

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook and stir onion and celery in butter until onion is tender.
  • Stir in about 1/3 of the bread cubes. Turn into deep bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients and toss.
  • Stuff turkey just before roasting.
