Pitman Family Turkey Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
18 cups (enough for a 12 pound turkey)
- 8 cups Soft 100% Whole Wheat Bread Cubes
- 1½ cups Minced Yellow Onion
- 3 cups Chopped Celery
- 3 tsp Crushed Sage Leaves
- 2 tsp Thyme Leaves
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 2 cans Medium Pitted Olives
- 1 cup Butter
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook and stir onion and celery in butter until onion is tender.
- Stir in about 1/3 of the bread cubes. Turn into deep bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss.
- Stuff turkey just before roasting.
